What is the turnaround time for Smartphone / Tablet / Computer repairs?
Most repairs take between 30-90 minutes depending on the service being provided. If we expect a longer turnaround time or otherwise encounter a delay, our team will inform you prior to the repair or as soon as reasonably possible if the service has already begun.
How long can I expect for parts orders to arrive prior to service?
For most popular consumer electronics, our expected wait time for parts orders is 2 business days. Less common devices/parts may take longer, in which case we would inform you prior to proceeding with the order.
Do you use original or aftermarket parts?
We only use the highest quality parts available, offering both OEM & aftermarket options based on availability/preference.
Do you offer free diagnostics?
Most diagnostics are free, but in some cases requiring advanced troubleshooting/hardware diagnostics, we may charge a bench fee of up to $50.
Do you offer On-Site/At-Home service?

What if my problem isn't fixed or persists after service?
If we can't resolve your issue, you will not be charged. If the problem persists after service, bring it back and we'll make it right!
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all repairs are under a 3 or 6 month warranty depending on the service provided.
